The blend closest to our heart, this was our very first blend, in response to numerous informal market tests (i.e. giving away lots of free coffee to get feedback from friends and coworkers). It seems that many southerners love a frangrant, delicate coffee! We have here a mild, balanced blend of Central American coffees. Silky body, caramel, lemon, and chocolate hints in the cup. One of our top selling blends, and a Valdosta favorite.

Bali Hai Blend
A luscious blend of fine Indonesian coffees. There is a magic between these coffees that, when blended and brewed together, result in a bold, sweet, deep flavor. When we were sipping this one, thinking about these coffee beans being carried down a tropical mountain trail to the Pacific shore, we were reminded of the hit musical from a generation ago, “South Pacific”. “Bali Hai, come to me…”

Colombia Decaf
A classic Latin-American balance of sweet and robust flavors. We understand why many coffee drinkers want some decaf in stock...moderation in all things, right? Well, you won't even know that you're drinking a decaf here. All of the full flavor of a full-strength Colombia coffee is in this bean.
Swiss Water Decaf Method.

Espresso Blend
This is our unique blend of Arabica coffees that do the job that espresso is asked to do. First, it must produce a thick, creamy layer of crema, along with an intensely nutty, sweet and pungent flavor with a never-ending finish

Rwanda Ruli Mountain
Grind:
Quantity/Price:
This clean, complex coffee is awesome for a couple of good reasons. In a nutshell, TASTE, and SPIRIT. With the help of USAID, various NGO's (non-governmental organizations), and some special people in the coffee community, Rwanda has managed to overcome the famine, destruction, and genocide from the last decade. Roughly 20% of their population was killed. Like the phoenix, they have risen from their ashes, and amazingly are now producing a top quality cash crop of coffee, exported to countries all around the world.

Sumatra Mandheling
Low notes predominate with this coffee. Dry processing on the farm contributes to the full body, and smooth, silky texture. Although we roast this coffee dark, these beans are able to retain much of their inherent earthiness, spice, and chocolate.
