Azalea Blend

Grind:

Quantity/Price:

The blend closest to our heart, this was our very first blend, in response to numerous informal market tests (i.e. giving away lots of free coffee to get feedback from friends and coworkers).  It seems that many southerners love a frangrant, delicate coffee!  We have here a mild, balanced blend of Central American coffees. Silky body, caramel, lemon, and chocolate hints in the cup. One of our top selling blends, and a Valdosta favorite.

Roast level: medium

The Azalea Blend is my favorite coffee right now. It is not bitter at all and yet still has plenty of character, something that is usually lacking in milder coffees. The aroma is very floral to me and the flavor is perfectly balanced. I use it in my Espresso Machine as well as for regular morning coffee, and thoroughly enjoy it every time. Regardless of what other coffees I buy from The Beanery, I always buy some Azalea Blend.
