John's Blend
Earthy and smokey, yet complex with some spice and chocolate. A combination of dark roasted Indonesian coffees blended with our espresso beans. This blend is meant for those who like a little "umph" in the cup. Named after one of our most adventurous coffee drinkers who prefers coffee that packs a flavor punch!

As the person this one is named after I have to say it is great. Always liked the Indonesian coffees and Ellen added a little extra to this one to extend the flavor without any bitterness. Very nice in the morning to wake up to but also great with afternoon snack or after a good meal. I and very particular about my coffee and have shopped in Atlanta, Tallahassee, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and many other places for good coffees and this is the best blend I have had. Add to the fact they roast it here in Valdosta makes it a no brainer. We are lucky to have Ellen and the Beanery in town!
