A lovely mild, silky coffee with a beautiful balance between brightness and smoothness.  Silky body with a suble lemon and milk chocolate in the cup, with a delicate, lingering finish of nuts and chocolate.  Unless otherwise specified, roasted to a City (medium) level.  Pure pleasure for the coffee drinker who prefers a mild coffee.  Perfect as a breakfast coffee - you can drink cup after cup without tiring of the taste.

The farm is certified organic and Rainforest Alliance, and although not certified as bird-friendly, still has essentially met all the requirements. Lots of rustic tree cover, variety of birds, etc
