A luscious blend of fine Indonesian coffees. There is a magic between these coffees that, when blended and brewed together, result in a bold, sweet, deep flavor. When we were sipping this one, thinking about these coffee beans being carried down a tropical mountain trail to the Pacific shore, we were reminded of the hit musical from a generation ago, “South Pacific”. “Bali Hai, come to me…”

A lovely medium roasted, mild blend of African, Indonesian, and Central American Arabica coffees. Complex, with a pleasant range of flavor components including lemon, nuts and vanilla.
