Gulf Coast Roasters Group workshop
11/4 to 11/6/11

The Gulf Coast Roasters Group came to Valdosta State University and The Beanery on Fri-Sun, Nov. 4-6 to slurp, cup, sniff, laugh, and learn.  We did all those things and more.  The food was fabulous...we had dinner catered by The Gourmet Guys on Friday, and we went to Steel Magnolias on Saturday.

A huge thank you to Terry Davis of Summa Coffea and Joe Davis and Ben Pautsch of Kafe Bar Services for hauling in most of the equipment and supplies used in the workshops.  Support was also provided by BRASC Coffee Importers and Royal Coffee.  Terry, with his extensive knowledge of coffee, ended up teaching many of the sections.
