If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it, or replace it. (This offer is not valid on promotional offers).
Please note that we only accept returns that are less than 14 days old.
Any order that is returned will receive a $20 credit (or less, if value of returned merchandise is less than $20) toward The Beanery coffee or merchandise for the first $20 of the value of the returned order. The remainder of the value of the returned order will be credited to your credit card.
Merchandise must be packed in the original undamaged box, and be in saleable condition. Add additional packing material to avoid any damage in transit. Damage during transit, due to insufficient packing, will be the customer's responsibility.
Include the receipt of purchase, and include your name, address, and telephone number, along with the explanation for your return.

Shipping costs, either US Postal Service or UPS, are calculated for you at the time of purchase, and will depend on weight and destination. The average cost for two pounds of coffee is $6 to $8. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
We charge the actual cost to us, plus $1.50 per order for the cost of the box and packing materials. We do not charge any "handling" fees.
It usually takes about 48 hours to ship a coffee order. Remember, we roast to order, so we have to roast your order first.
It usually takes 24-48 hours to ship merchandise. If an item you wish to purchase is on backorder, we will notify you by email of the expected delay in shipping. The time in transit will depend upon your location, and may take up to an additional 5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number if shipping by UPS.
