Mudpuppy Espresso Rub
Boston Butt with espresso rub on the grill
$6.95
Grillers, punch up the flavor of your meats! Approved by some of the legendary rib grillers of the south, this is where fresh roasted coffee meets the flame of the grill. Mudpuppy espresso rub, applied to pork, beef, fish, or vegetables, complements and enhances flavor without overpowering.
The rub forms a flavorful crust on grilled meats, and naturally-occurring acids in coffee (citric acid, malic acid, acetic acid, and many others) tenderize and enhance the flavor of your food. Our favorite way to use this rub is on a Boston Butt. Cooked slowly, the meat absorbs the rub, resulting in a moist, juicy, mouth-watering, flavorful meat. Guaranteed to make you the rock star of the grill!
Ingredients include Mudpuppy Espresso, brown sugar, sea salt and black peppercorn, hand ground to an even particle size. Absolutely no artificial ingredients or MSG.
Net Wt. 6 oz.
